We accept graphics in the following formats: JPG, JPEG, PNG, TIFF and PDF. If a graphic file is attached - we will show it in the preview and automatically calculate the dimensions of the motif according to the image proportions. If a PDF file is attached - you must enter the dimensions manually (remembering the proportions to avoid image distortion).
The second option is to copy the link to download the image from external sources, e.g. Google Drive, Dropbox, WeTransfer, etc. In this case, there is also no option to automatically evaluate the proportions of the graphic and you must enter the dimensions manually.
Remember!
The jet motif is created based on the attached graphic. In the message at the end of the order process, you should describe "what and where". The arrangement of colors and any information helpful in arranging a given motif will be particularly important. Unless otherwise specified - we arrange all the elements on the graphic (even the background / fill). If the jet motif is to be arranged based on a selected part of the sent graphic - this information should be included in the note to the order.
