PDF files for printing can be attached during the ordering process. After adding the product to the cart, an appropriate field will appear allowing you to associate files with a specific order. It looks like:

We do not interfere with the client's files! We print exactly what we receive. We do not consider complaints due to poorly prepared files.

CAUTION!

The printout should not contain elements smaller/thinner than 1mm.

In case of small patterns it may occur:

– incomplete coverage with glue, and consequently impossibility of applying these areas
– delicate, white coating extending beyond the print (white underprint)

In the case of single designs exceeding 100 cm in length, please contact us for a quote.

Each centimeter of print requires at least 100 pixels of file resolution. This means that in order for the print quality to be satisfactory and for the final image to be 10 cm in size, you must have a file with a side of at least 1000px. If for some reason the client is unable to prepare the file for printing himself, our specialists can take care of it.

By ordering prints, the customer accepts Shop rules, which, in the case of printouts from own files, clearly states that the Ordering Party confirms that it has the rights to reproduce, print and use the submitted materials and that they do not violate the law, including copyright, property rights, image rights or registered trademarks.

We make prints up to 50 mb within 48 hours of receiving the payment. In the case of larger productions, the time required will be correspondingly longer.

The vast majority of our customers receive prints uncut - rolled into a roll. Of course, for your convenience, it is also possible to prepare ready-made patterns for an additional fee.

DTF prints can be applied using an iron or an industrial press.

1. Place the print directly on the right side of the product, with the foil side up. You can additionally cover it with a thin cloth or baking paper to avoid the material getting shiny.
2. Heating temperature: 150°C (2-3 dots depending on the iron).
3. Heating time: approx. 15 sec. (turn off the steam function in the iron).
4. Peel off: cold. After cooling down, gently peel off the transfer foil and check whether the decoration is completely attached to the material. If not, we repeat the action.

A good practice is to iron the iron-on transfer again after removing the transfer foil, but then apply it again.

Of course! Thanks to the use of high-quality materials, you can easily keep your decorated clothes clean.

However, several rules should be followed to make the product durable and pleasing to the eye for a long time:

– hand or machine wash;
– do not exceed a temperature of 40 degrees;
– turn clothes inside out;
– reduce the spin speed or, preferably, eliminate it.

Of course! However, remember to do it on the "left" side.
